All of the XGO products are 100% Made in the USA. We are a vertical manufacturer - meaning - our products are TOTALLY engineered and manufactured by us, all right here in the USA. We have assembled a team of the best crafts-people to manufacture our products, utilizing the finest materials, technologies, and seaming techniques. Layers [ Phase 1 + Phase 2 + Phase 3 + Phase 4 ]
The XGO line offers 4 distinct phases that vary in weight and features. Phases may be worn alone or layered to meet all your comfort and wearability demands. The Phase systems seperates the weights of the garments from lightest to heaviest, where our Phase 1 garments are our lightweight garments, the Phase 2 our middleweight, the Phase 3 our super-middleweight, and Phase 4 our heavyweight.
Clean-Seam Construction
All our garments are assembled with clean-seam construction, this provides a comfortable wear and avoids the under-pack grind associated with traditional T-shirts and seaming found on such.
Acclimate Dry™
Manufactured from Acclimate Dry™ fabrics, all our Phased items are easy-care garments. Just toss in the wash and dry. Because the fabrics are constructed with Ag47 Silver Microbial Protection, the garments are inherently microbe killing factories - providing an exceptional level of protection, scent prevention, and long wearability for extended field exercises.
XGO's Acclimate Dry™ fabrics wick moisture at a rate of 3" in 3 minutes. Even after 50 washing, 90% of the wicking properties are retained (as designated by the highest ASTM standards.)
XGO's Acclimate Dry™ fabrics are woven for superior breathability and quick drying.
Flame Resistant Base Layers
Our Flame Resistant garments exceed the minimum standards of NFPA tests for after flame and no drip according to ASTM D6413; Thermal Protective Performance values are consistently 6+ according to NFPA 1971. They breath very efficiently and wick very effectively, moving moisture at a rate of at least 3" verticaly in 3 minutes according to military and ASTM standards. Our FR garments are made with comfortable 4-way stretch that will not shrink, pill, pick, or fade.
